And is because of that the show recently got nominated not just by SAG Awards but also by People’s Choice Awards.

Celebrating this impressive feat of the series, the Oscar-winning actress turned to Instagram to thank her fans alongside her bestie.

Reese Witherspoon credits the success of The Morning Show to fans 

Reese Witherspoon recently dropped a picture on her Instagram story featuring her and her The Morning Show co-stars Jennifer Aniston and Nicole Beharie. The stars posed for the camera on the set of the acclaimed broadcast morning news show. While she used the post to thank the SAG fraternity for nominating the show for the Best Cast in a Dramatic Series, this time she used it to express her gratitude to the People’s Choice Awards committee for “recognizing” their work and “special thanks” to fans who made the show popular. 

According to her, it would have not been possible to reach this mark if people had not voted for them. “We are grateful to you [with a heart] This means the world,” she added. The nomination list rolled out on January 11 and placed the American drama under the category of the Drama Show of the Year. Also, Witherspoon and Aniston received nominations for the Female TV Star of the Year. 

While this nomination might have pitted both actresses against each other, they have been a testament of genuine friendship and love all these years. Last week, these two gave major bff goals while attending the 81st Golden Globes.

Jennifer Aniston and Reese Witherspoon attended the 2024 Golden Globes supporting The Morning Show. Though the series did not win an award for the best television series, fans got some heartwarming moments from these two. The Friends alums sat at the same table during the ceremony and posed for a picture together, leaning onto one another.

Both of them looked stunning in their body-hugging outfits, defying winter and stealing the thunder on the red carpet. The Murder Mystery star was also spotted reuniting with Selena Gomez and rubbed elbows with several other A-listers. With the revival of her infamous Rachel Green haircut, which even inspired Penélope Cruz at the Governors Awards, Aniston indeed slayed at the starry night like she always does.
