Meghan Markle and Prince Harry may now be riding the high wave in Germany as they once again successfully reclaim a spot on the popularity charts thanks to the Invictus Games. However, just a month ago, the Sussexes could barely keep their ship afloat as they dealt with a barrage of separation rumors, canceled deals, and failing friendships. However, times definitely seem to have changed for the Californian royals, so much so that they may just be stealing the spotlight from other couples in the business.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have secured themselves a spot in the elite wing of Californian where more such couples from Hollywood reside. And while the Harry & Meghan docuseries portrays a very peaceful surrounding, it seems like there might just be some bad blood between the Sussexes and another influencer couple, Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag.

While the copyrights to the lyrics “I can make the tables turn,” are owned by Taylor Swift, it seems like Meghan Markle and Prince Harry can also claim it. The couple has always had the prowess to turn their lows into highs and sometimes even vice versa. However, their media savvy has come as a snub for the Hollywood sweethearts Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt, who appeared on Page Six’s Virtual Reali-Tea podcast and claimed that a certain friend of theirs has “disinvited” them since befriending the Sussexes.

While The Hills actor and the Just Go With It actress strayed away from naming this friend, if they felt the need to mention it on a podcast, fans can assume that it is someone popular. And given the fact that the list of popular friends that the Sussexes boast of has thinned excessively in the past few months, it will not be too hard to narrow it down.

Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt may have been dumped because of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, but the couple has no bad blood with the Sussexes. In fact, they do not even think that the Californian royals are a competition. Especially when comparing with Kate Middleton and Prince William.

Ever since Meghan Markle and Prince Harry stepped into the royal picture as a couple, the competition between them and Kate Middleton and Prince William has been undeniable. And it only went on to become cutthroat as the Sussexes decided to lead their own path. Since then, with the future King and Queen stealing the spotlight at the coronation and the BAFTAs and the Sussexes at the Invictus Games and Women of Vision award, it has always been a close tie. However, Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt do not think so.

Despite losing a friend to Meghan Markle and Prince Harry, the famous couple does not think the Sussexes have what it takes to go up against Kate Middleton and Prince William. According to them, the royals in England are far superior in terms of maintaining their public image and personal matters. However, Montag and Pratt’s opinion on the war between the Sussexes and Windsors is but a dime in a dozen.
