Since making the decision to step back from their royal duties in the early 2020s, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have been residing in the United States. The couple has always strived to establish a fresh existence separate from the intense scrutiny of the British media. Unfortunately, their privacy has persistently faced obstacles due to paparazzi intrusion, legal battles, and public disapproval.

However, despite their relocation to the United States, it does not look like it is going to be quaint sunrises and chirping sunsets for the couple now either.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have been quite open about their desire for privacy and the challenges they have faced with the media. During their publicized interview with Oprah Winfrey, they expressed feeling “trapped” and “silenced” within the royal institution. Hence, they relocated to the United States for peace of mind. However, that peace may not last much longer. A newly launched tour service is providing an opportunity for fans of the royal couple to explore the Montecito neighborhood where they reside.

These tours will be organized by a friend of the Duchess’ estranged father, Thomas Markle, who supposedly supports this initiative. According to a relationship expert, as reported to Mirror UK, Markle will need to “suck it up and bear” being a royal in the public eye. The hopes for the couple to have a tranquil and private life might be at risk as the tour focuses specifically on their Montecito residence.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle might have moved to the States in search of peace, but they are a long way from it. As their deals with Spotify and Netflix have flat-lined due to poor reception, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have nowhere to go. At one end of the stick, they face intense anger and backlash from the royal family. While on the other end, the international audience blames them for having misused their royal heritage.

Adding to this are reports of Meghan Markle and Prince Harry being dissatisfied with their marriage. While there is no concrete information, Meghan Markle missing her engagement ring certainly did add fire to it. Next, Prince Harry may even be looking forward to meeting King Charles III during his visit to Germany next month. The Prince may be hoping for reconciliation. Meanwhile, Meghan Markle looks to improve her public outlook by endorsing brand deals and offers.
