Two weeks into 2023, Prince Harry dropped bombshell claims on the royal family of Britain in his memoir, Spare. The allegations included explosive charges of physical altercations on Prince William. Moreover, he had also said his brother was “abrasive” to his wife, Meghan Markle. Thus, these barbed attacks may have played a factor in King Charles III’s birthday snub for the Sussexes. Now, Entertainment Tonight reported via its sources that “there is no reconciliation expected anytime soon.”

Leaving none to spare, Prince Harry had also implied a lack of love from his father. The added accusations have now created an environment of distrust within the royal quarters and, hence, no invitation. A further disdain may have come with the Duke of Sussex’s unannounced visit to Queen Elizabeth’s memorial, earlier this year, hours before a planned visit by the Prince and Princess of Wales in another side of the country. Thus, a rebelling factor at play, the source, added that “There’s a great deal of hurt on both sides”.

Interestingly, a shadow game is also in development, with either side going resentful of the other on myriad occasions.
