As reported by INC, Prince Harry advocated for better protection of children online, warning of an "epidemic" of anxiety, depression, and social isolation among youth due to negative online experiences. At the Clinton Global Initiative, he emphasized the need for corporate accountability. "These platforms are designed to create addiction," said the Duke, highlighting the harm caused by endless scrolling and exposure to inappropriate content. 

Furthermore, Prince Harry called on shareholders to demand change from social media companies, questioning why leaders are held to "lowest ethical standards." He stressed that parenting and corporate responsibility are ongoing duties. Speaking not as a philanthropist but as a father of two, Prince Harry revealed his smartphone lock screen features a photo of Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet. He urged companies to take responsibility for their creations' impact, ensuring a safer online environment for children.

To address these concerns, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s brainchild, Archewell, has launched several initiatives over the years. The Parents' Network connects parents and caregivers to support each other and push for social media change.
