Prince Harry received a lot of skepticism from the public after he took a series of groundbreaking steps. From stepping down from his royal duties to churning out bombshells, he split the world into two halves. While one side rallied in support of him, others vehemently opposed him. After enduring extensive public trial, it was natural for the prince to develop the ability to playfully mock himself.

A recent video showcasing the Duke of Sussex light-heartedly poking fun at himself started blowing the Internet.

Prince Harry did a stand-up for the 17th Annual Stand Up for Heroes on Monday, where he delivered a monologue for the military heroes. The 39-year-old sarcastically joked, saying, “as someone who never gets scrutinized” during his stand-up. The prince also joked about taking advice from a “reiki healer” while delivering the speech for veterans. After poking fun at himself, the Duke of Sussex touched on the values that army veterans embrace.

Apart from celebrating Stand Up for Heroes, Prince Harry also showcases his respect for the veterans through his annual Paralympics, the Invictus Games. The 2023 Invictus Games generated a lot of buzz for offering a meaningful platform to honor army veterans. However, it also served as a stage for the Sussexes’ PDA. Days after cozying up to Meghan Markle at the Invictus, reports about the Prince yearning for his “old life” began circulating.

Reports about Prince Harry not being content in his current life have been circulating for quite some time now. Prince Harry, who does not have the same circle or lifestyle as a Californian resident, has been reportedly going through an identity crisis in the States. Amidst these speculations, another rumor about a reconciliation between the Sussexes and the royals started circulating, too. However, Kate Middleton set the record straight by conveying through a source that there is no room for further reconciliation.

The royal author, Clive Irving, feels that there is no need for “reconciliation” in the first place. He advised Prince Harry to stop trying hard and “accept the realities”. This is the only way for him to not come across as a “troubled child of the royal family, as per Irving. If the reports hold any truth, Prince Harry has not only lost his military associations over the years but also a considerable part of his childhood and past connections.
