Prince Harry Once Went Crocodile Hunting With Controversial Zoologist Adam Britton’s Wife
Prince Harry’s indomitable spirit of adventure definitely does not stop at marrying a foreign starlet and is omnipresent throughout his illustrious journey, from his time in the military to his escapades with his royal family. And while the royal may have now separated himself from the British royals at least on paper, Prince Harry was once every bit a stiff-lipped regal born who enjoyed a good deer hunt or two. A stark contrast to his evolved ethos of conservation and humanitarianism.
Since then, Prince Harry has reinvented himself for not only the sake of his wife but also as a conscious human being. But despite going to great lengths to reinvent himself, the Duke has found himself tangled in one of the most controversial animal cruelty cases through Adam Britton’s wife.

The British Zoologist Adam Britton has recently pleaded guilty to heinous acts of torture against animals. And while he has named no co-conspirators, according to the Daily Mail, his wife, Erin, once helped Prince Harry catch a saltwater crocodile. Given how the Duke of Sussex has now understood his responsibilities towards the environment, one can assume that this wild hunt happened a while ago and neither Britton’s wife nor Prince Harry had any knowledge of Britton’s crime.
Ever since Meghan Markle entered the royal picture, there have been countless reports of Prince Harry abstaining from the traditional hunt during the royal family’s Balmoral vacations. This was further solidified when revered activist and the Sussexes’ good friend, Jane Goodall, informed Radio Times that the Duke would cease hunting to appease his wife.
His decision to drop the guns and indulge in conservation has earned him several nods of approval. However, he jeopardized all of his environmental campaigns and future chances at the U.N. by detailing on too many animal deaths in his memoir.

Prince Harry may have dropped the hunting guns, but with Spare, he also dropped an axe on his foot. The Duke recounted various hunts that he went on with his family, which naturally did not sit well with his audience or PETA. One of the first cases of animal deaths mentioned in the Californian royal’s memoir dates back to when the Duke was eleven.
An 11-year-old Prince Harry had shot a rabbit. However, instead of chastising him for the same, the Duke’s nanny smeared blood on his face. Although surprising for many, this has been an age-old ritual in the royal family. The shooting of a rabbit is just one among the few mentions of animal cruelty mentioned in the Prince’s memoir who has since then become an environmental activist.
