During BetterUp's ongoing two-day Marquee Uplift Summit, running from April 10-11, Prince Harry joined eminent experts from around the globe as a co-host in San Francisco, assuming the role of Chief Impact Officer. Recently updated on the sussex.com website, it was revealed that the Prince was accompanied by organizational psychologist Dr. Adam Grant, Chairman of BetterUp's Center for Purpose & Performance, and Kelly Jones, Chief People Officer at Cisco.

Under the banner Beyond Burnout: Transforming C-Level Stress Into Strength for this session, the conversation centered on techniques for C-level leaders to manage the demands of their roles, building resilience to promote a sustainable performance culture. The trio explored the psychological aspects of these issues, sharing personal stories and evidence-supported strategies.

As one of the most acclaimed leaders in the world, his contributions could take the project to new heights and, in turn, give it the honor it deserves. Given even the brand name carries weight on her life and their family, this business venture would be more of a homecoming for the Prince.
