As his legal case against the British newspaper group MGN continues, Prince Harry on his London visit was inevitable. And after confirming that he’s here alone without his wife or his children, the question that sparks public curiosity is where could the prince be staying. The Prince arrived in his car under high security on his first day of cross-examination on Tuesday and Wednesday.

This is the third visit of the prince to the UK and during his first two visits, he was traveling alone as well. For his first trip in April to the Royal Court of Justice, the prince could have stayed at the Sussexes official residence of the Frogmore Cottage in Windsor. It is speculated that the prince stayed at the royal residence for his father, King Charles’s coronation, in May 2023.

Where exactly is Prince Harry staying?

There are multiple guesses made by the experts about where the prince’s temporary abode could be. A hotel the prince could be simply staying at a standard hotel with high security and in complete secrecy, As the royals often face dangers with their security. As reported by the Independent, the prince could be staying at Frogmore Cottage like his last visit for the case. 

However, it seemed highly unlikely since King Charles asked the couple to vacate it. Markle and Prince Harry were told the reason they needed to move out was because another royal—one who lives in the U.K. full-time—needs it. Sources say this other royal is Prince Andrew – King Charles III’s disgraced brother. 

What are the other options for him?

The Sussexes claim it was because the king was enraged at the way queen consort Camilla was portrayed in Prince Harry’s memoir “Spare. The cottage itself has been a royal property since the 19th century.  Another option for the prince could be at his cousin Princess Eugenie’s abode, the Ivy cottage which has three bedrooms, but as the princess lives with her husband and her two children, things can get a little jam-packed. 

Prince Harry and Princess Eugenie have always been close as the princess has visited the prince several times in the US. Considering the tension between prince harry and his relatives, It is once again highly unlikely for him to stay at the royal palace.
