According to the latest report by the Daily Express, Ellen DeGeneres' possible move to the UK may hint at Meghan Markle's potential return. DeGeneres and Markle’s friendship has gone a long way, ever since they crossed paths for the first at their UK home when they resided there with their son. This past visit has led to anticipation that may lead to the couple returning the favor if Ellen DeGeneres' move goes ahead as planned.
The Duke and the Duchess of Sussex, Prince Harry and Markle, currently reside in California with their two children. Although Prince Harry has made numerous trips to the UK, Meghan has not visited the UK since 2022. The famous host’s UK relocation might pave the way for her friend’s return across the sea, potentially marking a significant development in the royal couple's life.
However, although Meghan Markle's return still hangs up in the air, Prince Harry's return to his home is likely confirmed.
Prince Harry's ongoing case might need him back in UK soon
The Duke of Sussex's court case against News Group Newspapers is still active, his barrister has confirmed. Prince Harry is involved in a legal battle against the publishers of The Sun, with a trial set to take place in January. Over thirty others have reportedly settled with the publisher. Nonetheless, the Duke has been facing it all in style.

Royal expert Richard Fitzwilliams reportedly suggested that Prince Harry will travel to the UK alone for the trial, without his wife Meghan Markle. Citing opinion polls, Fitzwilliams reported the rift with the Royal Family as the reason for Meghan Markle's likely absence. It has been over two years since the Duchess last visited the UK, following former Sovereign Queen Elizabeth's demise.
