Prince Harry and Meghan Markle Invited! Despite Rising Tensions, King Charles Extends Invite to the Couple for Summers
The tensions between the palace and Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have been at an all-time high. Although not everything is rosy in the Garden of Sussexes and speculations have it that Prince Harry wishes to return, nothing has been confirmed so far. However, just in case the Prince is really homesick, they have a piece of good news as father King Charles has held the door open. The Prince skipped his Scottish Coronation and the last time he appeared in the royal premises was for the royal spectacle at Westminster Abbey.
Recent reports reveal the Royal fandom can expect a family gathering soon. The Daily Mail reported that the newly minted Monarch has the names of his estranged family members on the invitation list for a family vacation.

The couple renounced their UK Sovereigns back in 2020. Although officially the Sussexes now cannot stay at the royal residence, they are welcome to their family vacation away from the media scrutiny. “All family members are expected to stay (at Balmoral Castle) at some point over the next few weeks,” Rebecca English wrote for Mail. King Charles has no issues with the Sussexes joining them. However, the invitation is certainly not expected to be accepted, further reported by the source.
Uncertainty of a reconciliation persists, but Prince Harry has held a special connection with the castle.
Balmoral Castle was simply a paradise for Prince Harry
In one of the initial excerpts of Spare, Prince Harry shed light on the age-old beloved palace of the royals. The Scottish highlands harbored some of the sweetest memories for the family, while also sheltering a darker past. Despite the ominous stories lurking in its walls, this place was Prince Harry’s absolute favorite. He wrote how the vast stretch of the English lands was “simply paradise.“

For the Duke “it was a cross between Disney World and some sacred Druid grove“. He recalled how he, along with Prince William, would spend their refreshing summer breaks at the secluded castle with their late grandmother, Queen Elizabeth II. Nonetheless, he had his fair share of discrimination between him and his brother, even at Balmoral.

The Castle in Scotland serves as the summer house for the Royals for their yearly break. The English highlands have witnessed generations of royal flocks take their time off in the picturesque residence.
