Quinn did not shy away from attributing reasons for this, describing Prince Harry as feeling increasingly marginalized and Markle similarly affected, citing surveys that indicate a decline in their popularity in the United States. He also noted their apparent desperation to secure invitations to high-profile celebrity events like the Met Gala and Oscars each year, a prospect now appearing increasingly remote due to their dwindling popularity.
Quinn's expert analysis, however, did not take a break as he also took a swipe at their efforts at rebranding and Markle’s latest venture and its aftereffects.

Quinn pointed out their struggles in rebranding, particularly stressing Markle's anxieties about the potential ridicule of her "expensive jellies and jams," which could impact her aspirations as a businesswoman. Earlier reports had already outlined difficulties in assembling a team that aligns both with their ideas and Markle's directives. Now, with another troubling report emerging, it appears to be another setback for the Duchess's efforts, despite initial support from personalities such as Nacho Figueras, Garcelle Beauvais, Tracy Robbins, and others.
