Prince Harry and Meghan Markle Face Fresh Hurdle for Their $14.5 Million Worth Californian Estate With Santa Barbara Neighbors
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle never faced any problems in continuing their lavish royal-like lifestyle after their renunciation of their royal duties to the Crown. Backed by friends and a sprawling empire of their own, the Sussexes bought their luxurious private estate in Montecito, in 2020. Although the region houses some of America's well-known personalities, including Ellen DeGeneres, Oprah Winfrey, Jennifer Aniston, Katy Perry, and others, a new problem has dawned upon them all in the entire neighborhood.
The obstacle does not come from any of the celebrities, but from a typical Californian occupation that the couple could not foresee back then.

As reported by Hello via Daily Mail, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are located at about a 10-minute distance from a local cannabis farm. Legal in 38 states of the USA, but used in all, cannabis is used for medical use and recreational activities in the rest 24 states as well, Unfortunately, California is susceptible to the latter use by an industry-scale plantation by the locals.
Needless to say, as profitable as it is, the powerful foul smell generated from the plantation of such plants is highly resented by inhabitants of residential areas. Not just the couple, but the royal kids, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, are also to be affected by the most likely plantation of those plants. Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, however, will not be facing tiffs with their neighborhood for the first time.
Amidst the new hurdle,, their plans for expanding property are also on the horizon.

Reports from last year have stated that the estranged royals, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, have been eyeing an 8 million US dollars worth Malibu estate. This magnificent estate occupies an expansive 6 acres of land, secured by a gated entrance and guard house, ensuring utmost privacy and security. The property features a stunning pool and a grandiose 10,000-square-foot main residence.
A spokesperson then debunked the reports and said the couple was planning to move to Los Angeles instead. The latest reports from the Daily Mail, however, have it that the Sussexes have purchased Mel Gibson's $15 million Malibu mansion. Thus, the Sussexes can opt for moving further south or to LA as a solution to the new challenge.
