It goes without saying that Britain’s now estranged Prince, Prince Harry and, late Queen Elizabeth II shared a closely knitted relationship. Following their mother’s tragic demise, the royal brothers felt the closest to their grandmother as a motherly figure. Undoubtedly so, the Queen showered her grandsons with all the love she could until things took a devastating turn. The family eventually started to fall apart, with the relations, once held closely, being reduced to nothing. Prince Harry’s back-to-back attacks on the royal family felt like a dagger in the chest to the Queen or so reveal a royal friend.

As per its records, a friend of the royals claims that Prince Harry’s aggravating truth bombs had a brutal impact on the Queen. The former Monarch was not only recently widowed but was dying herself and her grandson’s attacks on the monarchy felt too much for her to take in. “That was the time Prince Harry and Meghan Markle were supposed to bite their tongue. “Instead, they produced this unending stream of incredibly hurtful films and interviews attacking her life’s work,” sniped the royal pal. 

For Harry to announce he was writing a memoir could not have been more devastating for someone breathing her last. The “cruelty of it takes the breath away,” outraged the source. The claims came after the Sussexes recently decided to call off their remnant deal with the streamer. 

All in all, the Queen’s final days kept on getting more difficult with each passing day. 

How was Queen Elizabeth breathing her last?

Describing the Queen’s final moments, the source gave a detailed impression of how miserable it got towards the end. “In the final months, of course, it got very much worse,” wrote the outlet. The source also revealed how Queen Elizabeth had a tough time with her vision and hearing. 

“By the time of the Platinum Jubilee… she was easily confused,”  as the source claimed. She could in fact, barely move from her apartments in Windsor Castle. Meanwhile, Prince Harry’s tell-all saga worsened things for the royals. Additionally, the death of Prince Phillip added to the Queen’s hardships. “She was in a lot of pain,” the pal told the Daily Beast Friday.

The Queen breathed her last on the 8th of September, 2022. The kingdom went into nationwide mourning over the loss of their longest reigning monarch ever.
