People’s Favorite Ryan Reynolds Helps Raise $1,000,000 for a Beautiful Cause Thanks to His Creatives for Terry Fox T-Shirts
The Canadians are famous for their goodness and for the charity work that they do. The Vancouver-born Ryan Reynolds is no exception to this, as he has often made headlines for spending money on a noble cause. This year, the Deadpool star collaborated with the Terry Fox Foundation and served with his creative genius, and crafted beautiful T-shirts. His creative efforts ripped and have given fruits worth six digits.
This year’s Terry Fox Run is going to support cancer research from the gathered money. After launching the pre-sell of the Dear Terry T-shirts, the foundation earned $1 million. It is quite a lot which the Canadian actor also acknowledged. The Deadpool actor appreciated the huge sale and shared his personal feelings as well. He revealed that Terry Fox’s courage had inspired him since he was in the 2nd grade.

As reported by Check News, a lucky Canadian will also get a T-shirt signed by the Deadpool actor himself. The T-shirt will have a black & white photo of Terry Fox on the front along with a signature of the Vancouver-born actor. They are also encouraging people to send in their #DearTerry messages via e-mail or online. By sending your #DearTerry message, you will get a chance to take part in this year’s campaign.

Reportedly, Fred Fox spoke about how Terry’s legacy continuously inspired millions of Canadians. He expressed how incredible it has been for him since the Marathon of Hope gave strength to many people. He also added how his family was also happy to see people being a part of Terry’s dream of a cancer-free world.
Since the 12th of April, 1980; Fox started raising money for cancer research through Marathon of Hope. He wanted to make it to Victoria B.C. However, his cancer spread across his lungs and thus, he had to quit the run before Thunder Bay, Ont. However, his legacy continues with the help of millions of Canadians and several celebrities.
