The Duke and the Duchess of Sussex have been the pioneer of humanitarian activities which they manifested in various charitable endeavors. Even after breaking away from the royal family, Prince Harry, and Meghan Markle continued their social work through the remnant of their royal patronages and some of their self-made contributions. The record of all their big and small donations has been upheld proudly by their non-profit organization, Archewell.

However, their efforts have still fallen short of some skeptical royal experts and late Princess Diana’s former butler.

As reported by GeoTv via Slingo, one of the well-known critics of the Sussexes said they need to step up their game in the public service. Pointing out their lavish lifestyle, it is said the couple has comparatively not done enough yet.

Princess Diana’s former butler, Paul Burell, called on the self-exiled pair saying, “The problem is with them now they’ve got to reinvent themselves somehow”. However, he is not sure how and with what Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are going to do it. He further added that the couple apparently has taken much from many. However, “they have given nothing back,” Burell later added. Pointing out Prince Harry’s persistent urge to walk in his mother’s footsteps, he disregarded it all, saying “That doesn’t ring true with Princess Diana’s philosophy”.

The former Princess of Wales always urged everyone to “pay a price” for the luxurious lifestyle they lead as royals. The only way to give it all back is through public service and Burell feels Sussexes are not doing the same. “Where are Harry and Meghan’s public service?” Burell scoffed. “They both have a great platform they could use for this,” he concluded, hoping they could use it someday.
