Even though the signs strongly suggest her preparations for the Oscars, the question still lingers about her attendance at the Academy Awards.

Ahead of the Oscar weekend, Daily Mail recently spotted Jennifer Aniston leaving a skincare expert’s office in West Hollywood on Friday after a two-hour appointment. Although the Friends alum is not slated to present at the Academy Awards this year, the probability is that she would still make an appearance to play a role in the numerous activities scheduled for the big weekend. 

The 55-year-old was seen maintaining a low-key profile as she strolled away from the skincare specialist’s office in a black trench coat, designer shades, a cap, and a classic white t-shirt paired with blue jeans. Understandably, since the Oscars are just 2 nights away, it seems that preceding the application of ritzy red-carpet-ready-makeup and slipping into elaborate gowns, Aniston is directing her focus on a skincare-centric regimen.

Aniston’s leaning onto a skincare-first routine is not something new. In fact, as a skin health buff, she has often been an open book regarding her skincare hacks.

While many may have wondered about the secret behind her timelessness, Lifestyle Asia reported it with a descriptive routine for her skincare, leaving no mystery behind. For starters, the actress uses a Neutrogena Facial Cleansing Bar followed by a toner application. Then, she moves on to the serum stick by Tatcha and tops it off with an Aveeno anti-aging moisturizer. 

Besides the daily routine, she also prefers to exfoliate her skin thrice a week. Furthermore, she also uses a handheld microcurrent device called ZIIP for smooth facial lifts at home, which she finishes off with a dab of SPF. Since all indications point to Jennifer Aniston maintaining an extensive skincare regimen at home, now more than ever, her recent trip to the skincare appointment suggests a plausible bet that this special visit is in preparation for the upcoming Oscar weekend.
