In the movie, the cyborg assassin calmly states it before wreaking havoc. Looking back at the movie, many assume Schwarzenegger was either going for a satirical take on the Greek hero or he was storing his acting skills for later years. At no point in its hour-and-a-half duration does Schwarzenegger utter a punchline that gets the audience rolling. Therefore, one can assume that the actor was only joking with his fans.
