While the world can not deny that North West is a lot like her father, her latest revelation only brought their connection back into the spotlight. In her first-ever solo interview with i-D Magazine, she opened up about where she would like to live other than Los Angeles. The 10-year-old immediately chose “Japan” as her go-to destination. This could either be due to curtsy of Kim Kardashian or, more likely, due to Kanye West.

Kanye West has taken so many trips across that the world seems to have lost count. In the last few years, the ‘Donda’ artist has traveled to Japan many times, but his last trip may have caught more attention than the rest.

At the end of July, the world could not help but cast speculation on famous exes, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West. While there was no real scope for anything to happen, fans seemed to believe there was.

While that may seem like a stretch, there is a high possibility that the now estranged couple may have crossed paths in Japan. It stemmed from the fact that Kim Kardashian and Kanye West were both in the country. Although they both seemed to be doing their own things, there was one crossover that sparked speculation. Kardashian, who remains active social media, put up a story of a hotel. However, it caught attention as Ye and his new wife, Bianca Censori, were also spotted at the hotel.

That was enough to send the rumors swirling. However, neither party ever confirmed whether they had met up or even bumped into each other. While the world may never know what actually went down during their individual trips to Japan, one thing is for sure, they have passed down their love for the land of cherry blossoms to their 10-year-old daughter, North West.
