Released in 2021, The White Lotus did bring the house down with critical acclaim from audiences and a whopping rating on Rotten Tomatoes. Three seasons in the series roped in the likes of requisite heartthrob Theo James and K-Pop idol Lisa. Already qualifying as a celebrity hotspot, the stars were truly added when Nicole Kidman threw a gracious compliment its way. More specifically, it is directed towards the creator Mike White. 

While HBO creators have a knack for being the center of attention for questionable reasons, Mike White has flipped the page as he got the Queen of Hollywood Kidman herself to not just praise his work, but also pack her bags for the next check-in.

Nicole Kidman has seems to have taken an interest in joining the cast of The White Lotus, a series known for its complex characters and social commentary. Brimming with praise for Mike White, she revealed to IndieWire that she is a "massive fan" and would "do anything he writes." Kidman's interest in checking into The White Lotus is not eye-catching simply due to the names involved but also due to her current engagement with Nine Perfect Strangers; another show centered around an eerie retreat. 

Kidman's potential participation in The White Lotus would be a significant addition to the series, which has already featured a talented ensemble cast in its third season. The show's creator, Mike White, is known for crafting intricate narratives that explore human relationships in luxurious settings, making Kidman a fitting choice for a future season.

Nicole Kidman may be the one bestowing praise now, but not so long ago, the tables were charmingly turned, a certain The White Lotus starlet had already hoisted Kidman onto a pedestal.

It was in 2021, that the Anyone But You star, Sydney Sweeney, had named Nicole Kidman, along with a Friends actress, in The Sydney Morning Herald as one of the women in Hollywood that she admires. While her confession came long before she came to be a part of The White Lotus' Season 1, that Sweeney chose Nicole Kidman as her inspiration only for Kidman to now express her desire to work in The White Lotus truly marks a trick of destiny. 

Given that Sydney Sweeney has not been around The White Lotus since Season 1 of the series, it is unclear whether this brush of the white lotus' petal between Sweeney and Kidman will result in a full-blownfull-blown collaboration. What remains clear, however, is that from Hollywood royalty such as Patrick Schwarzenegger to crowned Queen Nicole Kidman, The White Lotus remains an eye catching gem for all.
