Likewise, she recently opened up about her connection to Tupac Shakur and revealed shocking stories. But netizens did not find her honest conversation intriguing and are bashing her over social media.

Daily Loud recently dropped a video that featured Jada Pinkett Smith on X, formerly Twitter. The clip was from her interview with All The Smoke podcast hosts Matt Barnes and Stephen Jackson. It showed the host pointing out that Tupac Shakur proposed to her when he was in jail. In her response, she said it was painful for her to talk about it when she mentioned the incident in her upcoming memoir Worthy.

“Seeing him there, the condition he was in, and having to leave him there. He was in a bad shape,” said the 52-year-old. The Girls Trip star recalled the singer was at Rikers when he asked for her hand in marriage. She explained the hip-hop icon did this because he wanted someone to spend time with him. The two had a strong friendship and were rather soulmates, as Jada has mentioned. Owing to everything Shukar had going on, he had the desire to have a “solidified foundation” during that dark phase, added Smith.

The mother of two then joked that he would have married her and instantly divorced her as soon as he got out. However, seeing this fragment of the episode did not sit well with the fans who have been slamming her.
