Jada Pinkett Smith has poured her heart in her new book Worthy, talking about her journey in life and the choices she made on the way. In the book, she clearly mentioned she and Will Smith had “irreconcilable differences” in their marriage seven years ago. But the couple never wanted to get divorced, so the Girls Trip star shifted to her mom’s home for one year and later bought a home for herself. Referring to this thing, TooFab asked her for clarification on where the duo stands now on October 16.

In her response, she explained they still share a family home but the Emmy winner lives alone. At this point in life, the 52-year-old wants solitude and does not know how long it will last. But she also hinted that the time has been “dwindling” considering she has spent years doing it. “I’m just enjoying the moments that I have left within my little sanctuary, but I do think that will be coming to an end,” added Jada Pinkett Smith.

It looks like there is still hope for these two and they are not the ones to give up on their partners so easily. Just days back, the Aladdin star gave a new perspective to the bond they created over the decades, calling it “brutiful”.

The Smith couple still going strong

Despite all the things that happened with the Smiths, the American superstar and their kids joined her in Baltimore. During the special book event, the actor took the stage to talk about their relationship. He gushed over the host that she was the best friend he had got on this planet and would continue to support her no matter what happened. His appearance at the Enoch Pratt Free Library was a surprise for the Scream 2 star.

Not just that, he credited his success to Jada, saying she has made many sacrifices throughout their relationship. Smith called their relationship “brutiful,” explaining that it was both brutal and beautiful. Pinkett Smith also told The Baltimore Sun that their alienation lies in the past and the two have been working in the last 18 months to repair their relationship.
