You see, a few friendships know no bounds! One such extraordinary collaboration in the world of hip-hop is that of Smith and Lucas. Who would create a whole song about you otherwise, right? As soon as the Emancipation actor came across the song, he said he was “humbled and honored.” And just a few months later fans got a remix of the song featuring Will Smith.
Well, Lucas not only considers Smith his “idol” but is also good friends with his son, Jaden Smith. Furthermore, in his latest album also, the rapper could not stop but talk about the Emancipation actor, reversing the whole slap-gate controversy. In ‘Devil’s Work Part 2,’ he raps- “Erase that Will Smith slap and turn him back around/ Or wait ’til they get backstage so they could have it out,” Joyner raps. He further suggests through the lyrics that Chris Rock could also have chosen some different joke that would not hurt Will Smith’s wife.
