Millie Bobby Brown feels people have always misjudged her actions and criticized her for things she said or did as a kid. Seeing how adults accused her of being an extrovert person, she decided to not be loud ever again. Every time she sat down for an interview, all those hateful comments haunted her. So the Nineteen Steps author made it a habit to speak only when someone is addressing her. Even in the moments she was “dying to join in” and become a part of the conversation, she maintained distance.
This happened because social media users constantly harassed her and left heartbreaking comments on her posts. These things pushed her to the edge and Brown had to remove all the apps from her phone. As of now, her team handles all her accounts and curates posts in order to protect her mental health. Not only that, she also takes a break from social media activities from time to time to focus on herself and her personal life.
