Elle Magazine’s books column, where authors share their most memorable reads, recently featured the Emmy award-nominated actress. In Elle’s interview, Brown revealed that the Twilight novel by Stephenie Meyer was the first book she bought for herself. The actress also shared that after reading the book, she went on to watch all the Twilight films and became a huge fan of Robert Pattinson. Pattinson, who played the role of Edward Cullen, won numerous accolades for the part. However, it is a lesser-known fact that he was not the first choice for Edward’s character.
Apart from Harry Potter, there was another role that Pattinson snagged from the legendary actor Cavill. Meyer, the author of the Twilight series, once revealed in her 2017 blog that Cavill was her “perfect Edward”. However, she could not cast The Witcher star, as he was not young enough for the role. Later, The Man of Steel actor shared on Josh Horowitz’s podcast that he had no idea of being the first choice for Edward in Twilight.
Though fans accepted Cavill’s absence from the Twilight movies, they are getting impatient with the silence on Enola Holmes 3.

It has been almost a year since the second installment of Enola Holmes hit the small screens. With a rating of 93% on Rotten Tomatoes, the film also received an incredible response from both audience and critics. However, there has not been any news from the OTT giant or the actors to confirm the upcoming installment is in the works. Nevertheless, the makers did not say anything about its cancellation either.
As per a report from CodeList, neither Cavill nor Brown have signed up for a third installment of the mystery film. Directed by Harry Bradbeer, Enola Holmes 2 occupied the first spot on Netflix with a viewership of 64.08 million hours. Given such a response, it would not be a stretch to say that a third movie will be profitable for the OTT giant, which is currently covering all the bases to beat its competitors.
