Michael Rapaport Reveals Scoop About ‘Friends’ Star Jennifer Aniston and Brad Pitt’s Wedding That Nobody Knew
It has been almost two decades since the last episode of the popular sitcom Friends aired. Even though the other actors failed to maintain their relevance, Jennifer Aniston is still the talk of the town. The 54-year-old actor will be appearing in the third installment of The Morning Show with Reese Witherspoon, who also played one of Aniston’s sisters on Friends. Apart from Witherspoon, her ex-husband was also a part of one of the Friends episodes.
Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston were the most popular celebrity couple in the 2000s. Recently, during a talk show, a common friend of the couple, Michael Rapaport, revealed some insider information about their wedding.

On the talk show Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, Rapaport revealed some behind-the-scenes scoops about the couple’s wedding. They apparently had a wall of caviar at their posh ceremony. The 53-year-old comedian says that he still has “some saved over,” even though the couple got divorced long ago. Apart from caviar, they also had Billy Preston perform at their wedding. Upon knowing that Rapaport was present at Aniston and Brad’s big-fat wedding, the host Cohen asked, “How have you been on this show 87 times, and I’ve never talked to you about Aniston and Pitt’s wedding?”
According to a report by the New York Post, the couple spent around a million dollars on their wedding. They also invited many A-listers in the industry, including Aniston’s Friends. Even though their marriage had a brief span, the news of their wedding created a massive buzz in the 2000s. The “It Couple”, however, never featured in a movie or show together, except for once.
Fans saw the couple on screen for the first time in one of the Thanksgiving episodes of Friends, which is still one of the best episodes ever.

The Fight Club actor guest-starred in the eighth season of Friends. He played the role of an old acquaintance of the Geller siblings and had a deep detestation for Rachel, played by Aniston. As ironic as it is, the real-life married couple’s on-screen banter was what made the episode so iconic. A few years back, Pitt told Access Hollywood, “It’s a great cast, man. I mean, they laugh and really have a great time with each other,” expressing his fondness for the popular sitcom. Apart from Pitt, there have been many other guest appearances on the show who have given viewers some of the best episodes of all time.
The Friends show has always been about celebrity appearances. From the first season itself, fans have seen many cameos in the show, starting from Jill Goodacre to Paul Rudd. Although some of the cameos were forgettable, they did add to the relevance of the show at that time.
