Meghan Markle’s Toronto ‘Suits’ Apartment Soars at a Whopping $1.4 Million Amidst Her Struggles To Keep Her Head High

Meghan Markle may have not yet decided completely on what to do with her life along with her husband in terms of the profession as she has gone from being an actress to a former actress and a working royal. Having left the 'working royal' title by choice in the United Kingdom, all of Markle's cards seem old and torn. While the Duchess herself has yet to create a beautiful amalgamation of both her short yet elite careers, it seems her old rental apartment has bet her to it.

Markle's past home went up for bids not very long ago and was out of sale at an astonishingly fast rate, but not without more than a few million bucks to its name.

From her childhood to the work ethic she displayed during the filming of Suits, Meghan Markle has had a pretty picture-perfect portfolio. Not trying to disturb that equilibrium, her Toronto apartment that went up for sale not too long ago has found its next master at the price of a whopping $1.4 million within just five days of its listing according to Mansion Global.

It seems Markle's old apartment has replicated her suave Megxit from the United Kingdom as it made its way out of the market. However, much like the Duchess of Sussex, the Toronto apartment, despite all its amenities, had to bear a loss, although not too significant. The apartment was listed at $1.39 million but the anonymous buyer bagged it for $1.4 million.

As the Sussexes unleashed an entourage of revelations in formats, both audio-visual and simply manuscript, many business experts advised them against doing so in lieu of working on a luxury brand akin to the Beckhams. However, too much damage had been done by the time Meghan Markle finally decided to make it happen. While the other roadblocks in her way are carefully sealed, that American Riviera Orchard will have to change its name is confirmed.

According to USPTO, Markle is not allowed to trademark geographical locations. Therefore, she may have to switch up her business plan which will once again bring her back to square one. Moreover, if the Duchess takes too long to work out a new model and name, it is highly likely that netizens will lose interest in her brand despite the overbearing celebrity interest involved.
