The Suits actress knows the golden mantra for healthy skin, which is also an immediate reflection of one’s mental well-being. The Duchess of Sussex, once revealed in an interview with Women’s Health Magazine in 2018, that her mom’s profession as a yoga health instructor had carried on to her.
With hip-hop music and a candle-lit room, performing face yoga was in her blood and became a routine practice.
