Come rain or shine, the Duchess of Sussex, Meghan Markle, had her fanfare having her back all throughout. It is a common misconception that Markle rose to the spotlight only after tying the knot with Prince Harry. Although it is partially true, and Markle did attain much attention after stepping onto the royal premises, her stellar performance in the famous US network show, Suits, garnered humongous stardom. With royalty and Hollywood combined, fans had their reasons for being unable to cover the popular icon. 

It is no secret that Markle struggled with the Book of Royals, but with her unique fame and glory, she had her own pages to fill. There are numerous instances where the Duchess was called out for going off track with the Palace etiquettes. A few of them also surrounded how she carried herself through her royal walkabouts. However, it seems that even if the royals were miffed, the fans could not have loved it any more. 

As her popular paralegal show has once again surged the Netflix charts, fans cannot help but reminisce about the Duchess’ contribution to the show. Having played the lead role of Rachel Zane in Suits, Meghan Markle skyrocketed her acting career and also the expectations of the viewers. Celebrating the same, the royals fans at a walkabout once welcomed the newly minted royal with the famous Suits track. 

The commoners at the event could hardly contain their joy.

While regular royals usually have fans holding out signs and cards for them on the walkabouts, it was extraordinarily different for Markle. A bunch of musicians played the Suits soundtrack in the background as the Duchess greeted the visitors. 

As the video has resurfaced, a horde of new fans flooded the platform with heartwarming comments. While a few others described how Markle was too good for the royals, and “that’s where the jealousy started.“

The Duke and a couple of months pregnant Duchess made their way to New Zealand in the year 2018 for a busy schedule of events. The entire tour was adorned with grand festivals and events as the country welcomed her new Duchess with open arms.
