Body Language Expert Unveils How Meghan Markle Beamed for Prince Harry During ‘Heart of Invictus’
It has been a week since Prince Harry released his documentary show Heart of Invictus for streaming on Netflix. The show, based on the Paralympic-style sporting competition, is a joint collaboration between Netflix and Archwell Productions. Despite the noble idea behind the show, the series received a lukewarm response from the audience. Even after a week, the five-part series failed to secure a place in the Top 10 chart of the OTT giant. But that didn’t stop the Duchess of Sussex from beaming with pride for her husband.
The Suits star made a brief appearance at her husband’s Netflix docuseries. And recently, a body language expert claimed that Meghan Markle’s gestures on the show showed that she was immensely proud of her husband.

Body language expert Darren Stanton, aka TV’s human lie detector, is back with his interesting insights on the subtle nuances that speak volumes. Recently, during an interview with Daily Express US, Stanton claimed that Markle was “immensely proud” of her husband and gave him the space to shine without her involvement. The behavioral expert further went on to discuss the way the 42-year-old represented herself in the documentary.
Picking on a few specific moments from the show, Stanton talked about the scene where Markle attended a meeting with the Archwell production. Even though the Duchess maintained a calm demeanor in front of the camera, “she did appear happy as she sat with Harry“. Stanton also shed light on the moment when the Duke delivered his speech along with the support of his wife and described it as “very authentic“.
This is not the first time Stanton has studied the Royal couple’s telltale signs.

After stepping down from royal duties, the couple ended up signing million-dollar deals with various media giants and publishing houses. Despite some of them blowing up in their face, the royals are still trying to come up with enticing ideas to fund their lifestyle. This was the time when the couple released their documentary series Harry and Meghan on Netflix. Even though the show received an underwhelming response, it attracted the notice of many, including body language expert, Stanton.
While speaking to The Post, Stanton revealed that the Prince showed “nervousness” and “embarrassment” while spilling the beans about his first date. He pointed at how the 38-year-old’s face turned red and he constantly kept touching his face, showing “pacifying gestures”. However, the actress was calm and composed during the conversation, which led Stanton to say, “Let’s not forget that she is very used to doing pieces on camera”.
