Meghan Markle and Prince Harry Will Not Be the Sole Ones Celebrating Mental Health Day, Other Royals Will Also Follow Suit
The relationship between Prince Harry and Prince William has seen its share of hardships. Ever since the series of tell-all interviews following the infamous Megxit, the brothers found themselves torn between their choices. While the Duke of Sussex embarked on a completely new path, leaving the Rioyal duties behind, his elder brother chose to stay connected to his roots. However, when it comes to giving back to their people, both brothers and their partners, Meghan Markle and Kate Middleton, respectively, have made the best use of their standing.
As World Mental Health Day is just around the corner, Meghan Markle and her beau have taken the initiative to conduct a summit to address the subject. Shortly after that, the other Royal couple announced their plans for Mental Health Day.

Markle and the Prince will be addressing a growing concern of parents in The Archewell Foundation Parents’ Summit: Mental Wellness in a Digital Age, in New York. On the 10th of October, both Sussexes will provide a platform to all the parents who are suffering from their child’s social media usage and its impact on their minds. Meanwhile, as per People, the Prince and Princess of Wales will host their own youth summit alongside a charity and top radio station in Birmingham, U.K.
The youth event, named Exploring Our Emotional Worlds, will touch on topics related to emotional well-being. The summit will also bring together 100 young delegates along with youth charities to discuss the ways to build healthy relationships. The forum will also feature some popular faces from Radio 1 and the wider mental health space who will address the mental health concerns affecting young people.
This news came right after the Sussexes announced their Archewell Foundation’s first-ever in-person event. Meanwhile, the Prince and Princess of Wales celebrated Black History Month, two years after the Sussexes.

The Harry and Meghan stars have been on record talking about the systemic racism they underwent during their royal years. Given the biracial identity of the Suits star, many fans sympathized with her claims and pointed fingers at the Royal family. However, with the recent initiative taken by two of the working members of the Royal family, they repaired much of the damage. Two years back, the Sussexes celebrated Black History Month with a virtual poetry class.
This year, the Prince and Princess of Wales took a step forward to acknowledge the contribution of the Black minority community. Both the 41-year-olds visited the members of the Windrush generation at the Grange Pavilion to celebrate Black History Month. Not only did they interact with all members of the community, but also made an effort to learn more about their role in Wales’ history.
