Meghan Markle and Prince Harry Stand in the Way of a Reunion Between Prince Archie and the Royals, Claims Expert
Ever since the news of King Charles' cancer came to light, there has been talk about a potential reconciliation within the royal family. Yet, Prince Harry's recent solo visit to the UK, without any participation from the royal family or his California-based kin, made it evident that a reunion was not in the cards anytime soon. Nonetheless, it appears that both Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are now facing a dilemma with their son, Prince Archie, who feels a tug towards his royal lineage.
According to a royal expert, the Sussexes are doing everything they can to keep Prince Archie from getting too hopeful about reuniting with the estranged family.

According to royal expert Tom Quinn's statement to The Mirror, Prince Archie, the five-year-old, is "apparently desperate to visit the UK". However, his parents, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry, are not keen on pushing the idea. They have no intention of fanning the flames of Prince Archie's growing interest in his royal roots, as they fear that this would spiral into a "longed-for fantasy" for the little one.
This revelation surfaced following an insider's disclosure to Page Six that the King is "desperately" yearning to “see the children”. It appeared the monarch had a sudden realization that "life is just too short" and he became eager to mend fences with all his estranged kin before it was too late. While Meghan Markle seems quite hesitant about reintegrating her children into the royal circle, there is also a sense of apprehension in her mind about its consequences.
Earlier this year, the same expert shared Meghan Markle's foremost worry as her family in California drifts further from the royal sphere.

Recently, there have been lots of reports hinting that Meghan Markle still holds a grudge against the royal family. Besides security concerns, one of the rumored reasons she skipped the UK Invictus event was because she felt unwelcomed on British soil. However, in an exclusive chat with The Mirror, Tom Quinn shared, based on a handful of her friends, the Duchess is afraid her kids might "blame" her in the future.
Reportedly, the former actress frets over the idea that she is depriving her children of what could have been a rewarding and prestigious life. With reports suggesting that she will not be returning to the royal land, and insiders' revelations about her unwillingness to "forgive" the royals, it appears unlikely she will relent to her fears and facilitate a reunion anytime soon.
