Prince Harry has made it evident that stepping back from his senior royal duties does not equate to abandoning the causes he championed as a full-time working royal. He continues his active involvement in charities, initiatives, and the Invictus Games, so much so that he even made a documentary for Netflix about the international multi-sport event. The Duchess, Meghan Markle, also stands by his side, attending the games with equal fervor. After the success of the Invictus Games in Düsseldorf, the Sussexes are now getting ready for the next installment of the Invictus event.

As the next event approaches, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have reportedly been preparing for a three-day visit to the northern area.

Chris Ship, ITV’s royal editor, has officially confirmed on his X page that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are planning a visit to Whistler in Canada later this month. The purpose of the trip is to celebrate exactly one year until the commencement of Invictus Games 2025. This upcoming competition in Canada will mark the first winter tournament for Invictus, a sporting event initiated by Prince Harry nearly ten years ago for sick and injured military personnel.

Canada holds a special place in the hearts of the couple, being the location of their first home after departing from the Royal Family and the UK before they made their home in Montecito. Between February 14 and February 16, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are scheduled to travel north. During their three-day visit, the couple will actively engage with the Winter Training Camp. This would be the second time in the past few months that the Sussexes have visited Canada for the 2025 Invictus Games.
