The Duchess of Sussex, Meghan Markle might not be an ideal bride for the English royal family. However, she has definitely proved to be deserving of the Duchess title when it came to her duties towards society. Even before tying the knot with Prince Harry, forever an advocate for women’s empowerment, Meghan Markle believed in working towards the welfare of society in any way possible. Nonetheless, marrying the Prince of the United Kingdom gave her new opportunities to help those in need. The 2019 grand wedding ceremony of the Sussexes marked a fresh start of the same. 

The duo started by giving a boost to a famous leading fashion house industry in the race. Owing to the gorgeous wedding at the St George’s Chapel, the brand Oscar de la Renta got the opportunity to style the then-bride mother, Doria Ragland. Ever since, the fashion house is nothing but all praises for the Duchess of Sussex, Meghan Markle. Speaking of Meghan Markle and her kindness, Oscar de la Renta representatives spoke to Hello! Magazine. 

“Meghan has been there with us since day one,” claimed creative directors, Laura Kim and Fernando Gracia. According to the speakers, having helped the Duchess’ Mother get ready for her wedding, she deserves a lot more. We helped her dress her mother for the glorious wedding. In fact, that is exactly why Fernando, the co-creative director, said, “We love and support her”.

Meghan Markle did justice to Oscar de la Renta with those amusing portraits 

Markle donned a beautiful Givenchy gown for her wedding. However, there have been multiple times when the Duchess chose to wear the Dominican fashion brand for fun. 

Wearing a scribble dress for the first time, the Duchess looked smart and elegant in the pre-fall 2018 royal engagements in Australia. The dress was not at all a common royal attire and was designed by the Dominican fashion house, Oscar de la Renta. In her recent Oscar appearances, Meghan Markle wore a sleeveless lemon top from the same designer in 2021. 

However, that is not the end. The Duke and the Duchess of Sussex have had their favorite photographer in hand. In fact, the fashion house always provides the Duchess and family with stylish yet comforting designs. For the occasion of Prince Archie’s christening, Doria Ragland wore the same brand with a beautiful custom beach coat and a suits  shorts.
