The 75-year-old superstar is launching a new book titled BE USEFUL: Seven Tools for Live.

Arnold Schwarzenegger recently turned to his social media handles to announce the release of his new book. The Terminator star posted a picture of the book on his Instagram while giving a few details in the caption. Talking about the inspiration behind this work, he recalled his father, who always taught him to be useful.

“And every time people come up to me and tell me how my advice has helped them throughout their lives,” he added. Moreover, he said that since his advice or suggestions have been useful to people, he decided to write this book that can reach millions at a time. BE USEFUL: Seven Tools for Live is available for preorder and will reach the bookstore shelves on October 10.

This isn’t the first time he has shared some essential tips for a good life. The Commando star regularly remains connected with fans talking about fitness and health. However, this will be the first time people would get the chance to plunge into Schwarzenegger’s personal life.
