King Charles, as evident by the title, has claimed the throne of Britain. And while the crowning of a Royal successor once the former ruler passes away is an age-old tradition, the circumstances could not be any different. Britain had never imagined, but only predicted, that a senior royal member would walk away hand in hand with his spouse across the pond. Disregarding his duties and putting his title in jeopardy. The former senior royals in question have famously been identified as Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.

Walking away from the Palace is the least concerning of the Sussexes’ crimes against the monarchy, if the public gets a say. It is their constant blaming of the Royal family that has earned them a foul reputation even among their own. And while the members across the pond dutifully kept their upper lips stiff, a recent post by King Charles has debunked perhaps one of the most scathing claims made by Prince Harry and Meghan Markle against the Royal family.

King Charles debunks Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s claims

It has been three years, one Oprah interview, a Netflix docuseries, and a memoir from the Sussexes about and since the royal family. And King Charles and team have been resolute in maintaining that all is well in the family. A testament to this is the recent Father’s Day post made on The Royal Family’s social media handle on behalf of King Charles. “To Dads everywhere, we wish you a very special Father’s Day today,” the message reads. The only green apple being a throwback picture of him with Prince Harry and Prince William attached to the post.

That King Charles is celebrating his bond as a father with Prince Harry is quite a contrary approach to the Sussexes claiming they have not even been contacted since the Oprah interview.

It also cements what the eagle-eyed have known for a long time: King Charles and his youngest son do not see eye to eye. With this sly olive branch, however, one wonders if the prince and the King are willing to reconcile.

Are the Sussexes mending their bonds with the Royal family?

With an invitation to the coronation and a loving Father’s Day post, King Charles has cleaned his side of the street. That is not the case with the Sussexes. The couple has made the deteriorating bond with the royal family the center stage of most of their projects. Many of which are crashing quite loudly. This has led the audience to believe that now is the best time for Prince Harry and Meghan Markle to change their ways.

While coming back into the royal institution is not in the books, they can keep their family business on the low. This will help them overcome the biggest criticism standing in their way. Not just that, it will do wonders in refurnishing the fantasy that the royal family is the best example of a healthy one.
