When it comes to facing the public, the Royal family of the United Kingdom harbors both pioneers and disappointments. While Princess Diana was the epitome of public service, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have proudly carried forward her legacy. The Duke and the Duchess of Sussex have a proven track record of serving the underprivileged and the needy to the best of their abilities. Following this noble practice is now the Sovereign of Britain, King Charles, himself who has taken on a similar initiative.

Following his own cancer battle, King Charles has rolled up his sleeves to empathize those who had been suffering from the same.

Being an active advocate of cancer research and treatment, Princess Diana devoted her life to comforting the patients by frequenting hospitals and instilling in them a new ray of hope to survive and later thrive. At present her son, Prince Harry, and his wife Meghan Markle have made the Princess' legacy their own. Through their various charitable endeavors, including their own Archewell Foundation, which provides emotional and financial assistance to cancer patients and their families, the couple has done it all.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have rigorously used their platform to raise awareness to inspire a new generation to make a difference in the lives of others. Recently the Duchess made a surprise appearance at a Children's Cancer hospital in LA as a part of the Make March Matter campaign. Such endeavors come amid the Royal Family's collective battle against Cancer. Days after the King’s diagnosis, Princess Kate Middleton also confessed her diagnosis and updated on her chemotherapy.
