The Duke of Sussex, Prince Harry has had all his tell-all projects set the bar too high, but at what cost? Following the Netflix bombshell, Harry & Meghan, the rogue Prince, had his record-breaking memoir, Spare hit the shelves, which was yet another shock to the royal family that they have seemingly not recovered from. The memoir shed light on the intricate details of the Prince’s neglected youth, his troublesome adolescence, and probably every confidential discussion he has had in the past. And now the royal family lives at the mercy of Sussexes, fearing any other upcoming bombshell that might leave them in bits. 

The Duke revealed excerpts of some stirring conversations, ranging from his father, King Charles, and brother-turned arch-nemesis, Prince William. Thus, having received the fresh nuke, the royal family does not want any other devastating revelation to further denigrate the family’s reputation. Reports by OK magazine suggest that the Palace members, although desire to make amends with the Duke, fear that their trial might land them as the villains of a Spare 2.0.

Speaking of palace members, the one who precisely wants to mend the ties with the estranged Prince is King Charles. But, “The monarch is said to oscillate between hurt and fury over his youngest child’s monetized indiscretions,” said reports. Besides the indignation of his wife in the memoir that has triggered his patience, there is another reason why the King does not know how to proceed with a peace talk with his wayward son. “It could all end up as fodder for a future bestseller,” said royal expert Danier Elser to an outlet. 

Are there any chances of reconciliation between King Charles and Prince Harry?

Considering the current scenario, with Prince Harry cutting his time off for the Monarchy by skipping King Charles’ Scottish Coronation a couple of days ago, chances seem bleak for any reconciliations to be made. Not only the estranged family, but the Prince has also given a cold shoulder to his best friends in the United Kingdom. 

In fact, he has limited his visit to his royal base only to fighting the legal battle with Murdoch Papers. King Charles, too, has seemingly shown no sign of interest in sorting out things with his youngest. It is pertinent to note that amongst all the dreaded revelations, Prince Harry also made it clear that he never wanted to drift apart from his family. And this he wants his father and brother back.
