The Blake Lively hate train seems to be losing passengers as they board the Justin Baldoni express instead. The 2024 romantic drama, It Ends With Us, is now taking the shape of a complete horror story. Earlier this year, fans collectively held Lively responsible for all the on-set drama between her and Baldoni. But following the Gossip Girl alum’s lawsuit and all the startling new information that came to light, people are now questioning whether they had taken the wrong side. Nonetheless, there is more coming to add to Baldoni’s horrors.

Baldoni’s Man Enough co-host recently announced a shocking decision that could steer public’s perception against the director even more.

Justin Baldoni has been hosting his podcast, Man Enough, for over three years now, alongside his co-host Liz Plank. However, after the Blake Lively lawsuit complaint, Plank decided to resign from the show. She took to her Instagram to announce her resignation, writing, “I will no longer be co-hosting The Man Enough podcast”. Plank also added, “I will continue to support everyone who calls out injustice and holds the people standing in their way accountable”.

While she did not explicitly address the reason for her resignation, it is being speculated that the recent lawsuit influenced her decision. This was not the only professional setback Baldoni was hit with following the lawsuit filing. The 40-year-old was also dropped by his talent agency, WME, after Lively sued him. Not just that, many celebrities have come forward in support of Lively in the controversy.

Blake Lively is winning already

Blake Lively's co-stars from The Sisterhood of Traveling Pants recently shared a joint statement in support of the actress in the lawsuit. “We are inspired by our sister's courage to stand up for herself and others,” wrote the cast in a social media post. Even It Ends with Us author Colleen Hoover shared a heartwarming statement for Lively, praising her “honest, kind, supportive” nature. While Shawn Levy said he was "proud" to call Lively "a friend," Comedian Amy Schumer publicly declared that she believed Lively in the controversy.

Even Amber Heard, who underwent a defamation trial herself, shared that Lively’s legal battle reminded her of the “horrifying” experience. There were also some supporters who did not even have to publicly voice their take, as their fans have been already driving the support machinery for Lively. And although the Man Enough podcaster Liz Plank did not mention Justin Baldoni or Lively in her resignation announcement, it seems that she is not on her co-hosts' side either.
