One of the biggest and most bizarre comedies of all time, We’re the Millers became an instant hit a decade ago. In an interview from 2013 with Conan O’Brien via US Magazine, Aniston revealed a dilemma that she faced about having to kiss an “underage” Will Poulter for the iconic steamy scene between their characters. Not only was the 54-year-old “uncomfortable” about it, but also worried if it could be “illegal” to do so.

As it turns out, Poulter was merely 19 at the time. Additionally, he was portraying her character, Rose’s ‘pretend son’ on top of that. So, Aniston felt it pertinent to “look way into” the legality of portraying something so odd. Ultimately, she found the scene to be “not illegal” and went ahead with it. Even as one of the more peculiar sequences to come from Aniston, the scene still made the raunchy comedy’s criteria fittingly.

On the other hand, Will Poulter had a slightly different experience when it came to the scene.

While Jennifer Aniston felt uncomfortable about the whole scenario, Poulter did not share the same feelings. In an interview with Kjersti Flaa, he confessed that the scene was not “a bad day at work” for him. Since he got to kiss not only Jennifer Aniston but also Emma Roberts during We’re the Millers, he considered himself to be a “very lucky guy. According to him, the scene made him the “subject of a lot of envy” too!

Meanwhile, even a decade later, Jennifer Aniston continues to raise the temperature with her intimate scenes in The Morning Show. After all, the demand for silver screen appearances from her has only gone up. As for the Chronicles of Narnia actor, he came to the hilarious realization that after kissing the stunning ladies in We’re the Millers, it could only go “downhill” from there on.
