Days ago, the iconic on-screen pair of Jennifer Aniston and Reese Witherspoon showed up for The Morning Show Q&A round after the screening of the final episode. Addressing many fans, Aniston and Witherspoon talked about storylines and future plots. The duo was sly in their revelation of where the storyline might come from, saying, “Thank god the world won’t fail us because it’s gonna get f*cked up again”. However, she cheekily adjusted wherever it may come from, they promise to “work their a**es off”. 

Having said that, they also said how the world unfolding with its nuisances every year has been fundamental in procuring storylines. Witherspoon explained how the storylines have taken real-life inspirations every year. She continued, “In the first year it was about the s*xual harassment case and all the networks going down and then it was about COVID…”. While Aniston’s point-blank hilarity did not shy down, in turn, made a case for their pledge to work hard to save the world from tumbling.

As Aniston and Witherspoon sported the most iconic pairing of the evening, it also took fans back to the time when the former went all out in praises for her co-star.

Having been only a call away for the last two decades, Aniston spoke to Variety for their December issue, delving deep into her partnership with Witherspoon.

Talking about their long-standing collaboration, Aniston even gushed out, “It’s just in our DNA”. There too, she expressed her privilege in being able to voice the real-time world with real-time narratives. As a result, it was almost in no time that the on-screen sisters turned their sisterhood into reality. And since the siblings have promised to save the world with utmost dedication, let’s hope more screen time comes from the end of the two, side by side.
