The end of October witnessed one of the most unexpected departures with Matthew Perry’s adieu. As the world was gripping from the horrible news, the Friends cast went on a hiatus from their socials. After Perry was laid to rest, the cast penned their heartfelt tribute in their own ways. While sources revealed how ‘devasting’ was the news for Jennifer Aniston, her tribute reflected the emotions. 

While fans and cast members alike are still dealing with this loss, it appears that Aniston might be trying to return to normalcy with her work after weeks. 

Jennifer Aniston jumps back to the workload

Being one of the closest pals of Matthew Perry, she often retaliated by mentioning the possibility of his departure. However, time does not wait for none. Hence, after a prolonged suspension, Jennifer Aniston regained productivity with her workout enthusiasm. She posted an Instagram story with Pvolve founder, Rachel Katzman, to cue at the same. She captioned the story, “My go-to”.

About two years ago, Jennifer Aniston transitioned from the morning-long cardio sessions to low-impact resistance training. The training itself is called Pvolve, which consists of the use of resistance bands, hand weights, and gliders to ensure functional fitness. According to reports, upon learning about the methodology, she reached out to the company to request personal training sessions.

While Jennifer Aniston appears to be moving forward, one can ensure that not a day passes without the thoughts of Matthew Perry.

After Matthew Perry’s untimely departure, the world was awaiting the offerings from the Friends cast. What the people did not know at the time was that the tributes would take shape into an emotional rollercoaster. Jennifer Aniston was the third in order to pay her tribute after Matt Leblanc and Courtney Cox, followed by David Schwimmer and Lisa Kudrow. 

While her words reflected her agony and the decades of happiness they both shared, she wrote, “I talk to you every day…”. There is no ounce of doubt that she remembers him all the time, and so do the others. Reports suggest that the cast is currently in talks to pay a public tribute to their beloved friend at the upcoming Emmy Awards.
