Jennifer Aniston, a self-proclaimed “Pvolve convert,” credits the method of the brand with transforming her relationship with fitness. In 2023, when she partnered with them, she talked to Elle, calling the fitness brand a “game changer” for her exercise routine. She admitted that her previous workouts tortured her body as she used to wake up early and feel burned out the entire day. However, when she got injured in 2021, one of her friends recommended Pvolve.
“It is way more sustainable than any other workout that I have done,” she told Elle. Instead of taking an intense, rigorous approach, the Pvolve method turned out to be easier and more mindful, and Aniston has been hooked since then. So the latest post was another glimpse of her obsession with the brand and how her babies joined in. Meanwhile, besides her, this fast-growing fitness company has plenty of other fans including her longtime friend Reese Witherspoon.
