Back in 1994, Jennifer Aniston was just gearing up to debut her Friends character, Rachel Green. While she might be a fan favorite now, back then, there was no saying what could happen. In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, the star got candid about her nerves as well as her favorite character on the show. She was asked which character from the sitcom would be her friend in real life. Surprisingly enough, the actress chose her love interest on the show, David Schwimmer’s Ross.
Aniston backed up her decision by saying, “He’s sweet and down-to-earth and doesn’t have that many issues,” before letting out a brief chuckle. Although she might have chosen Schwimmer’s character, the entire cast ended up forming a bond like no other on the set of Friends. They all ended up proving it recently as they made their way to Matthew Perry’s funeral after his sudden passing.
While Aniston might have ended up choosing David Schwimmer’s character, the actress recently teamed up with another familiar face from the sitcom and took over the world with a photo shoot.
