Over the last few years, the NBC sitcom, Friends, has been granted a second life. With fans from different generations all over the world referring to the series as their comfort show, it is no wonder that fans from the younger generation are regretting being born at the wrong time. However, they are not the only ones who seem to be missing Jennifer Aniston‘s glory days. The sitcom star once shared how she missed her time on the show.
15 years after the 90s sitcom had reached its end, Aniston could not help but recall her time spent with David Schwimmer, Matt LeBlanc, Lisa Kudrow, Matthew Perry, and Courteney Cox on set.

Just like the rest of the world, it looks like Friends star, Jennifer Aniston, might miss the show too. Back in 2019, during the promotion of her Adam Sandler collaboration, Murder Mystery, the actress ended up sharing the nostalgia she felt for the sitcom. She revealed in the 2019 Anniversary Issue of InStyle that she “missed getting to be with people” she loved “massively,” referring to her former casemates.

While the actress might have kept in touch with Courteney Cox and Lisa Kudrow, she had fallen out of touch with the rest. Luckily for Aniston, she got to meet up with David Schwimmer, Matt LeBlanc, and the late Matthew Perry in 2021 at the HBO reunion show. Although it might have been the stars’ last time together as a complete cast, it gave fans exactly what they had been hoping for.
Aniston might miss her time on Friends. However, after 2021, the actress and her former co-stars made it quite clear they had no plans of having another reunion.

In 2021, Friends fans were taken on a nostalgic trip with the cast reunion. From intense table reads to secret cast crushes, a lot ended up being given to the audience. However, after the reunion, all the stars, Jennifer Aniston, David Schwimmer, Matt LeBlanc, Lisa Kudrow, Matthew Perry, and Courteney Cox, stated that they would not be coming back for another reunion.
With 3 years gone by, and even the tragic passing of Perry, fans were hoping that they would see the stars come together once again. However, that has not been the case. Instead, the actors had their own special character-accurate way of paying their respects to their fallen co-star and will probably stick to their word of never doing a public reunion again.
