Back in 1999, during an interview with Rolling Stone, Aniston opened up about her regrets regarding her education, offering a glimpse into a side of her rarely seen by the public.

Twenty-four years ago, the now 54-year-old sat down with Rolling Stone when she was at the peak of her popularity. With the craze for Friends on the rise since the 90s, she was extremely well-known and loved. However, the actress was always private about her personal life. During the interview, she was asked about her education and whether she was a good student while growing up. Although most people would have thought her to be a straight-A student, Jennifer Aniston revealed she was “rowdy” and that she “had regrets” about her education.

She went on to say that she spent most of her time in Rudolf Steiner School finding ways to “get attention.” Although it may have worked, she admitted that she “didn’t take in” as much as she could have. However, after she went to an acting school, her attitude towards learning changed a bit. While it might be surprising to think that Aniston was a troublemaker, it is a reality as revealed by the Just Go With It star.

While she may have found her performing arts school through an old celebrated film, she revealed that she was not in the teacher’s good books.

While she may have gotten lectured about tapping into her emotions and not letting her humor act as “an escape,” the actress ended up telling her teacher that she was “a serious 16-year-old actress.” Although fans may have been deprived of her comedic touch, at least they got the star that brought Rachel Green to life.
