Jennifer Aniston And Paul Rudd’s GQ Photoshoot Resurfaces, Reminiscing ‘Make Outs And Kisses’ Of Decades
Friendships that frequently resonate with the audience on-screen also often have a significant foundation of familiarity beyond the spotlight. Similarly, what weaves the waves of wonder for the fans is how authentic and candid their real-life personas and their associations entail. Much in the same way, although Jennifer Aniston and Paul Rudd’s rapport has passed many decades, their on-screen romantic liaison was revealed first in 1998 in The Object of My Affection.
Years later, Aniston and Rudd appeared for a GQ cover story shoot where the pair went all candid about each other. A decade after, the photoshoot has again resurfaced on the Internet, sparking the limelight of their on-screen intimacy.

Jennifer Aniston and Paul Rudd’s alliance was initiated much earlier than the pair’s on-screen appearance. The resurfaced photoshoot from their interview with GQ back in 2012 had much to unleash about their reel-life kisses and intimacy where Aniston nodded negatively if it was “weird” for them. Instead, she replied in a quirky way, “I’ve kissed him for years.”.
Since the root of their complementing each other was not from reel to real, but the other way round, Rudd also joined in the goofiness. Rudd declared, “We’ve made out for decades.”. However, cutting the tone of humor, Rudd also confessed, “If we’re putting our cards on the table…”, to which Aniston continued to admit how she asked, “for a body double”.
Even though the pair’s big-screen partnership had touched the scores of intimacy for the audience, their appearance on Friends was interjected in more of a friendly manner.

The NBC sitcom Friends, throughout its decade-long run, featured several cameos, including Brad Pitt, Julia Roberts, and even Paul Rudd. Known for engaging the generation in consecutive star-studded guest appearances, Paul Rudd’s intervention in the show came along in the ninth season. But for Friends, Rudd was portrayed as Mike Hannigan, Phoebe Buffay’s love interest.
Yet in a funny ordeal of his cameo sequence, there was this event when Phoebe called up Mike with urgency. The emergency was to intercept every call at Ross’s for Rachel. But since Mike had only escaped Ross’ awkward silence just seconds ago broke the audience into laughter. Nevertheless, to keep the friendship trail ongoing, he kept their word. And thereafter, became a lasting symbol of perfect friendship, on and off-screen.
