When Will Smith had the altercation with Chris Rock, many attributed his anger to the rumors that his wife had been unfaithful to him. While speaking to People recently, Jada finally addressed those rumors. According to her, a “false narrative” had sprung up because people were looking for someone to “blame” her husband’s actions on. At the time, she was being portrayed as an “adulteress” by people unaware of their secret separation.

For those who are still unaware, the 52-year-old recently revealed that the two have been separated for seven years now. Apparently, they have not entered a divorce stage due to a promise she made at the beginning of their relationship. Besides these intriguing developments, Jada has uncovered many truths about herself and her husband. Especially those that pertain to the Oscar Slapgate incident.

On the other hand, it is equally possible that Jada wanted to address the topics before her memoir launched.
