Insiders at the Archewell Foundation have set the record straight on all the staff mistreatment accusations, according to a report from GB News. The source explained that Meghan Markle and Prince Harry typically work from home, and since their firm is based in Hollywood, the "circumstances" for this controversy to happen "don't even allow for it”. They added that none of the Archewell employees would ever back these claims, flatly stating, “It's total nonsense.”

Another source also clarified the rumors about Meghan Markle sending 5 AM emails to staff in a fit of anger. The source confirmed that no one has ever received such emails from the Duchess, and even if they did, Markle has made it clear that employees are not “obligated to respond outside of normal business hours.” Nonetheless, these accusations have resulted in quite a bit of backlash against Markle.

Earlier this month, Nile Gardiner took to X to voice his opinion on Meghan Markle’s alleged treatment of her staff. He declared on the platform, "Meghan Markle should have her royal title removed”. He criticized the Duchess of Sussex for what he described as “bullying behavior” and “vicious attacks on the Royal Family,” labeling the Sussex couple a “disgrace” to their title.

Even Valentine Low, author of Courtiers, got in on The Hollywood Reporter’s article for Newsweek. Low noted that the content of the accusatory article mirrors everything he has previously written about Meghan Markle. He pointed out a recurring “pattern” that suggests she is “either a demanding boss or a difficult one.” Now, it is all up to fans to decide which side they want to support.
