Fans of fantasy movies are great to have until they turn against you. Greta Gerwig is dealing with them after some criticized a joke from the movie. It had a scene where Writer Barbie woke up in shock suddenly and realized she was in a dream wherein she was obsessed with the idea of Zack Snyder’s Cut of Justice League. Speaking to ComicBook, the director clarified, “It’s the kind of thing that you, I vaguely know.”

She knew that there was a call for a Snyder’s Cut after fans did not like DC’s Justice League. The extended version was welcomed by fans who still want the director for DC’s future. But Gerwig did not know things in detail, and it was meant to be one of the many comical scenes in the movie. After all, it is light entertainment where they show the realities of the fake Barbie world.
